Why Laura?
With two years of dedicated experience on the BITSoc team, I’ve grown from a Commerce Coordinator to serving as Chief Communications Officer—roles that have allowed me to sharpen my leadership, communication, and organizational skills. I’ve worked hard to grow both personally and professionally within the society, gaining a deep understanding of BITSoc’s mission and the unique needs of our student body.As someone who’s consistently been a familiar and approachable face on campus, I’m passionate about advocating for the Faculty of Business and IT and every student within it. I believe in building bridges—between students, associations, and industry—to create a more connected and collaborative community.My goal is simple: to strengthen our faculty and champion student engagement through open communication, innovative opportunities, and a positive team culture. I’m ready to lead with purpose, and I’m committed to making the commerce experience even more impactful for everyone.
